FOLLOW ME

The Follow Me feature allows you to receive calls at multiple numbers you designate. If you do not pick up at one location the system will ring on any PSTN you assign.


To activate Follow Me:

• Login using your username and password

• At the bottom of the page click on "Add new redirect" link



• Fill the form then press the ok sign :
  - The Priority field determines the order  of numbers you want to be followed on.
  - The Number field  is  where you enter  the number you want to be followed on.
  - In the  Reason  field  you  can  indicate  in which  case  the call  follows  you.
  - In the Edit field press on the ok sign to confirm or on the cancel sign to reject.
 

• To add a new number click again on "Add new redirect" link and fill the form as
 described above.

• To delete a number press on the recycle bin in the Delete field.

• To edit a record press on the picture in the Edit field refill the form and confirm.
 

Note: When dialing don't use "00" or "011" just put the country code the area code and the destination number              (ex. 1 661 4660301 ).
